About Raxx Pool Room

Established in 1996 Raxx Pool Room is now regarded as one of the best sports bars around New York. At a whopping 12,000 sq. feet It has 30 pool tables, a 60 foot sports bar, a grill, cafe, lounge, and a private VIP room. Raxx is also currently the largest pool room, sports bar & grill in the tri-state area. The club features six 42 inch HD TVs and a 96 inch HD projection screen with access to just about every sporting event on cable or satellite. Their private VIP Lounge has a 42 inch plasma tv, a bar pool table, and a complete entertainment system where you and your friends can watch any major sporting event in private. Raxx is also an excellent place to host a party. It’s a good place to meet new people, go on a date, eat, join a league, or even play in a few local pool tournaments.

Fantastic BAR!!!! I was there a week ago to kill some time and wound up remaining the entire night. The bartender was very accommodating and made the general experience entertaining. The specials were good ($10 for any pitcher and $5 Patron shots) and the food was scrumptious with huge bits. After a couple of rounds, I persuaded my better half and her companions to meet me at Raxx as opposed to going to another club not too far away. We didn't play pool that night, but I will be returning to Raxx soon and I plan on playing some pool at that time.

Nice huge spot, great place to chill, a cool bar, alot of pool tables to choose from, a "dj" and many tvs to watch. This is Raxx. Came here on a date on a late Sunday night, nice dim lighting, we had a really good time playing, even tho it took us an hour because we both sucked. We were able to sit down next to our table and talk. The waitress delivered drinks to us, very attentive, funny, and helpful. Def an amazing time. I can imagine how much better is on weekends. Will def come back, highly recommend

Very relaxing and cool place to spend your Friday or Saturday night. Wifey and I played a few games and will definitely come back soon with friends....to have some competition...men vs. women ha. My wife was disappointed that they didn't have egg rolls as we used to get about 5-6 years ago. The drinks were ok. I would have given Raxx 5 stars, but the staff member who gave us the pool cues was not very friendly at all....as if we were bothering him. Jeez, put on a smile or something. He acted as if he just lost his pool stick. We got there about 10 pm last night and people didn't really come in until 11...then the place was packed. The music that they play keeps you motivated to compete. Raxx is worth a visit!

Good food, strong drinks, and lots of space. We went on a Thursday and Saturday night. If you are into pool, there are tons of tables to play and I think you can join teams. I have visited twice and I had blast just playing the games they have in the space. Darts, basketball, air-hockey, driving games, hunting games. It's just a great place for a "chill" time. DJ played a great selection. Pop, Hip-hop, RNB. We went on a Thursday and Saturday night.
