Intellectual Property Rights:
a. All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, and videos, associated with the Megabucks Amateur Pool League (“the League”) is protected by intellectual property laws and is the property of the League or its respective owners.
b. The League retains all rights to its intellectual property and prohibits the unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or display of its content without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by applicable laws.
a. The League may produce various materials, including rulebooks, scorecards, promotional materials, and logos, to facilitate league operations and promote the League.
b. These materials remain the exclusive property of the League and are intended for authorized use by league officials, players, and affiliated partners. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of League materials is strictly prohibited.
League Logos and Trademarks:
a. The League’s logos and trademarks are valuable assets and identifiers of the League’s brand.
b. The unauthorized use of the League’s logos or trademarks in any form, including but not limited to advertising, promotional materials, or merchandise, is strictly prohibited without the League’s prior written consent.
Photography and Videography:
a. Participants in League events acknowledge that the League may capture photographs or videos during league matches, events, or related activities.
b. By participating in the League, individuals grant the League the right to use such photographs or videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, and marketing materials.
a. The League respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all participants and affiliates to do the same.
b. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used by the League in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us promptly with the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the infringing material and its location
- Your contact information
- A statement declaring that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
c. The League will promptly investigate and take appropriate action upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notice.
a. If you believe that any individual or entity associated with the League has violated the League’s property policy or infringed upon your intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately.
b. The League will thoroughly review all reported issues and take appropriate action, which may include but is not limited to warnings, sanctions, or legal remedies.
a. This Property Policy may be subject to updates and modifications at the League’s discretion.
b. Participants and affiliates are responsible for reviewing the policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.
c. Continued participation in League events or affiliation with the League after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Property Policy.
